At Gym Ratchet, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, our return and exchange policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

In most cases involving a confirmed damaged or defective product, you will not be required to return the item.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Gym Ratchet products are produced specifically after your order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Changing your mind

• Preference regarding fit or style when the item received matches the product ordered

Please review the applicable size guide, product description, color selection, and other product information carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product when the correct item was produced and delivered.

If you received the wrong size, color, or product because of a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional costs may apply to have the order reproduced or reshipped.

Please contact us if you notice an address error as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates a delivery problem or your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund has been issued, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. Processing times vary by financial institution and payment method.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable except when required by law or when the refund results from a confirmed production, fulfillment, or shipping error for which Gym Ratchet is responsible.

Minor Production Variations

Because products may be individually produced, minor variations in print placement, color, sizing, or appearance may occur.

Small variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
